Nordin
A structured web platform for an Indo-Danish SME programme — designed to guide Danish companies through three distinct routes to the Indian market, with tools, legal resources, and institutional contacts built in.
Nordin was an Indo-Danish platform created to help Danish small and medium-sized enterprises navigate entry into the Indian market. The programme offered three structured models — light, hybrid, and full scale — each tailored to a different level of readiness, investment, and risk appetite. The website needed to communicate a complex decision-making framework clearly, while also serving as a resource hub for downloadable legal documents, guides, and strategic tools produced in collaboration with Danish trade bodies and the Indian Embassy.

Nordin's content was inherently complex — a multi-path framework with overlapping criteria, a downloadable resource library, and institutional information aimed at business decision-makers navigating an unfamiliar market. The design challenge was to make a dense, decision-support platform feel structured and navigable without oversimplifying it. The primary goal was clarity: a Danish SME should be able to land on the site, understand their options, and find the right starting point without needing to call anyone first.

Beyond the two main pages, the platform included a substantial resource infrastructure designed to support SMEs at every stage of their India journey. The full scope covered:
Three-route framework — light, hybrid, and full scale market entry models with parallel decision criteria across risk, HR, investment, and goals
Legal document library — downloadable NDAs, consultancy agreements, and distribution contracts in multiple formats
Institutional resource section — guides from Danish trade bodies, the Indian Embassy, and partner organisations
Contact directory — map-based organisation finder across Mumbai, Chennai, New Delhi, and Bangalore
Graphic assets — social media visuals and PDF materials supporting the programme communications
The Nordin programme ran successfully from 2019, helping Danish SMEs establish presence in the Indian market. The site was maintained and kept live during and after the full duration of the programme's active lifespan.
